
Manchester United managed to overcome a surprisingly tough Sheffield United challenge with a 2-1 win at Bramall Lane.
Erik ten Hag saw his side pick up a second consecutive win as Diogo Dalot scored the winner for Manchester United in a 2:1 win
The scoring was opened by Scott McTominay in the first half after he controlled a wild pass from Bruno Fernandes. The scott who was playing in an attacking position , took it on the chest before volleying the ball beyond Wesley Foderingham.
The lead, as usual, was short-lived, as the Blades went up the other end on the attack where McTominay then played a hand in the equaliser. A penalty was awarded for the handball, which Oli McBurnie gratefully accepted by beating Andre Onana.
But in the second half, United were in far more control, and the pressure paid off. Diogo Dalot landed the fatal blow from outside the area with a goal-of-the-season contender

Playing in an attacking position, the Scot took it on his chest and volleyed the ball past Wesley Foderingham. As usual, the lead did not last long as the Blades attacked from the other end and McTominay eventually contributed to the equalizer. The handball resulted in a penalty kick, which Oli McBurnie gladly took by defeating Andre Onana. However, United exerted much more control and the pressure paid off in the second half. Diogo Dalot delivered the game-winning strike from outside the area with a contender for goal of the season.
